Overtime Hours Policy

Overtime hours are defined as: Any and all hours that a student must attend the Academy which exceed the original contract term, in order to accumulate the required amount of hours needed to complete their program, COMPLETE THEIR CURRICULUM REQUIREMENTS OR COMPLETE THEIR THEORY ASSIGNMENTS. If a student maintains 95% attendance no overtime charges will accumulate. Any hours missed after that will accumulate overtime charges. Overtime hours will be charged at the rate of one hundred and fifty ($150.00) per day. Any charges due for overtime hours will be calculated upon completion of training and must be paid in full before student’ is eligible to refer to testing with Washington State’s testing agency.
