Tuition Refund Policy

Tuition refunds are based on total institutional charges. If the student is terminated or withdraws before completing their program institutional charges include, but are not limited to, tuition and other fees. The student kit fee and application fee are non refundable. Students that withdraw or are terminated from their program, for any reason, will be entitled to a refund of any prepaid refundable monies or may have a balance due according to the following schedule:

Each program offered by Victoria’s Academy requires the purchase of a “student kit”. The kit includes all equipment, books, supplies and materials that will be needed during their training. Kit fees may vary according to current market value and must be paid before the student begins training. Kit fees are not included in the down payment. A full refund will be issued for a student kit as long as the following criteria is followed: The student must cancel enrollment within three business days of signing the enrollment contract and the kit is unopened. No refunds will be given for any kit that has been unpacked or is missing any contents.
If money is owed when a student withdraws or is withdrawn the kit remains property of Victoria’s Academy until all monies owed are paid.

If a student cancels, in writing, his/her contract within three (3) business days of signing their contract, whether they have attended or not, a full refund of tuition will be given.
